Position: E-Commerce & Content Coordinator

Position Summary: Flora Fresh Inc. is an employee-owned wholesale floral, plant, and floral supply distributor located in Sacramento, California.The E-Commerce & Content Coordinator is a dual-focused role responsible for driving Flora Fresh’s digital growth through engaging marketing content and effective online sales strategies. This position combines creativity with platform management — developing and executing digital content that strengthens our brand presence while ensuring our e-commerce platform delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation:

· $24-26 an hour

Regular Duties:

· Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media: Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn.

· Coordinate photo and video shoots for products, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling.

· Manage the content calendar to align with marketing campaigns, holidays, and seasonal product launches.

· Collaborate with sales, design, and operations teams to develop creative marketing assets.

· Track content performance and engagement to refine future strategies.

· Ensure brand consistency and tone across all digital touchpoints.

· Be an on-camera spoke person for the company.

· Support with updating online product listings, descriptions, pricing, and imagery to ensure accuracy and appeal.

· Coordinate online promotions, sales campaigns, and digital advertising to drive online orders.

· Work with internal teams to ensure product availability, accurate inventory, and timely updates.

· Stay current with digital trends, SEO best practices, and e-commerce innovations to continually improve results.

· Input new customer registration forms into the database.

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not required.

· 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related creative field.

· Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.

· Experience managing e-commerce platforms.

· Comfortability talking and being on camera.

· Proficiency with Canva or similar content tools.

· Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· A passion for plants, flowers, or the wholesale/distribution industry is a plus!
