Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and generate comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as customer support, sales, and development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Oversee content creation and distribution, ensuring consistency, up-to-date information, and quality across all digital platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, track, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
- Ownership over the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Develop and execute strategies to engage and retain customers, including email marketing campaigns and personalized content.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance customer communication.
Requirements:
- Solid experience marketing B2B services.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media marketing.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with content creation, copywriting, and graphic design.
- Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS for website management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced software environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and continuously seek new opportunities for growth.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- A combination of work experience and education will be considered.
Preferred:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO/SEM/PPC strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, marketing automation software).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing principles.
- Experience in the transportation industry and bilingual abilities are a plus.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
