Social Media/Marketing Director

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics, with the ability to adapt to the ever-evolving digital landscape. Wages will be an average of $20.00 and up, based on experience and education background.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Randazzo Website.
• Create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
• Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities through social listening.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
• Produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, branding, and public relations.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns..
• Experience in content creation including photography and video editing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of web analytics and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading and editing content.
