OverviewWe are seeking skilled and outgoing individuals to join our dynamic team. As a Foreign Currency Exchange Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while executing and managing currency exchange sales.Location - Barton Creek SquareKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist customers with basic currency exchange services</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.</li><li>Process transactions accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Balance till the beginning and end of each shift.</li><li>Maintain a balanced till and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.</li><li>Research discrepancies (short or over) and provide detailed explanation or resolution in a timely manner</li><li>Handle currency and other financial instruments with a high degree of accuracy &amp; security.</li><li>Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch.</li><li>Follow all security procedures to protect against fraud and theft.</li><li>Identify and report suspicious activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Verify customer identification and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.</li><li>Refer customers to appropriate personnel for complex issues</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals &amp; improve customer satisfaction.</li><li>Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.</li></ul>Supervise Daily Operations:<ul><li>Oversee all branch activities, including teller operations, scheduling, safety, open and close procedures, and financial transactions.</li><li>Teller Oversight including the processing of transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established procedures.</li><li>Manage cash, including the handling of cash transactions, debit card sales, till balances and reconciliations, inventory, orders and shipments</li><li>Tills balanced prior to the end of the shift</li><li>Safe locking and Alarm set</li><li>Incoming and Outgoings completed prior to the close of day.</li><li>Morning and continuous verification of pending orders.</li></ul>Customer Relationship Management<ul><li>Strive for excellence in customer satisfaction by answering questions, reducing wait times, and fostering a consistent and positive experience.</li><li>Address and resolve complex customer service issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Critical Thinking and Problem Solving</li><li>Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication abilities.</li><li>Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.</li><li>Ability to make informed decisions quickly and confidently</li><li>Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management..</li><li>Skilled in optimizing branch operations &amp; ensuring compliance with policies.</li><li>Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.</li><li>Integrity and Trustworthiness</li><li>Attention to Detail &amp; Accuracy</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Cash handling</li><li>Strong numerical and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Basic computer skills.</li><li>Data entry and reconciliation tasks.</li></ul>This role does not require specific experience in foreign currency exchange.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
