Full Job DescriptionJoin the Family at Florida Liquors!<ul><li>Provide excellent customer service with a smile.</li><li>Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.</li><li>Learn the exciting world of Wine and Spirits and use your knowledge to identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.</li><li>A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints to ensure customers leave our store satisfied.</li><li>Candidates must be 21 years or older. Seniors and retirees are welcome.</li><li>Must be willing to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Reliable transportation is a must, preferably a vehicle that allows occasional travel to other stores to provide team support.</li><li>Ability to stand for 8 hours while moving throughout the store.</li><li>Ability to regularly lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet every customer in a friendly, helpful manner while providing a great shopping experience.</li><li>Assist customers by answering product questions, providing recommendations, and cross sell/add on recommendations.</li><li>Assist team members in maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and fully stocked</li><li>Inform customers about discounts and special offers</li><li>Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager</li><li>Stay up-to-date with new products/services</li><li>Process product deliveries to ensure shelves are fully stocked and product is readily available to the customer.</li><li>Perform safely and efficiently in a fast paced environment.</li><li>Perform all POS functions accurately including sale entry and processing, cash handling, and register reconciliation.</li></ul>SkillsProven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Stock Associate or similar role<ul><li>Understanding of the retail sales process</li><li>Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures</li><li>Basic math skills</li><li>POS knowledge and experience</li><li>Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships</li><li>Ability to perform in fast-paced environments</li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus</li><li>English required, Spanish a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourShift:<ul><li>10 hour shift</li><li>12 hour shift</li><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Night shift</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Can you work weekends?</li><li>Can you work Holidays?</li><li>Are you 21 or Older?</li><li>Have own transportation?</li><li>Able to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Retail: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Stocking: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Spanish (Preferred)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li><li>Night Shift (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>ChampionsGate, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
