• A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints to ensure customers leave our store satisfied.
• Candidates must be 21 years or older. Seniors and retirees are welcome.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation is a must, preferably a vehicle that allows occasional travel to other stores to provide team support.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours while moving throughout the store.
• Ability to regularly lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a friendly, helpful manner while providing a great shopping experience.
• Assist customers by answering product questions, providing recommendations, and cross sell/add on recommendations.
• Assist team members in maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and fully stocked
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Process product deliveries to ensure shelves are fully stocked and product is readily available to the customer.
• Perform safely and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Perform all POS functions accurately including sale entry and processing, cash handling, and register reconciliation.

Skills

Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Stock Associate or similar role

• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• POS knowledge and experience
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus
• English required, Spanish a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
