We are seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to make a direct impact on daily operations and resident care.
 
CNA preferred. Home health experience preferred.
 
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Prior staffing experience in a nursing home or skilled nursing facility required</li>
<li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage scheduling, call-offs, and daily staffing adjustments</li>
<li>Knowledge of healthcare staffing ratios and compliance standards</li>

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our Skilled Nursing Facility. This critical role ensures adequate staffing levels to provide exceptional care to our residents.
 
What You'll Do as a Staffing Coordinator: 
<ul>
<li>Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nursing and support staff.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with staffing requirements and state/federal regulations.</li>
<li>Monitor attendance, manage call-offs, and arrange coverage as needed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with department heads to address staffing challenges proactively.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of schedules, time-off requests, and staffing-related metrics.:</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For in a Staffing Coordinator: 
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in staffing coordination within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.</li>
<li>Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in Florida</li>
<li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing priorities.:</li>
