CNA preferred. Home health experience preferred.

• Ability to manage scheduling, call-offs, and daily staffing adjustments

What You'll Do as a Staffing Coordinator:

What We're Looking For in a Staffing Coordinator:

• Proven experience in staffing coordination within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in Florida
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
