If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy multitasking, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact while developing your professional skills.Duties<ul><li>Position: Administrative &amp; Accounting Assistant (HR)</li><li>Assist with onboarding new employees (paperwork, orientation scheduling, system setup)</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases</li><li>Track employee time off, attendance, and benefits documentation</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations</li><li>Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data</li><li>Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to management</li></ul>Accounts Payable (AP) Duties<ul><li>Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>Match invoices to purchase orders and verify approvals</li><li>Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers)</li><li>Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies or billing issues</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and ensure proper documentation</li><li>Assist with month-end closing tasks related to payables</li></ul>Accounts Receivable (AR) Duties<ul><li>Receive and record incoming payments (checks) into accounting software</li><li>Apply payments to appropriate customer accounts and invoices</li><li>Generate and send customer invoices and statements</li></ul>General Administrative Duties<ul><li>Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)</li><li>Assist with data entry and reporting across departments</li><li>Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams professionally</li><li>Support office operations and perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven office experience or clerical background demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office management software</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Personal assistant experience or administrative support roles that showcase excellent organizational skills and professionalism</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence!
