About the Job:<ul><li>Assist Founder in creating content &amp; branding for Substack blog as well as editing and</li></ul>
moderating Substack content, for both free and paid subscribers.<ul><li>Help Founder develop paid content for Substack and moderate comments on a weekly</li></ul>
basis.<ul><li>Helps Founder with drafting and editing email marketing campaigns on a weekly basis using</li></ul>
Square Marketing and Squarespace marketing platforms for 30K+ customers.<ul><li>Create monthly social media calendar &amp; plan content for 2xs weekly posts and 3xs weekly</li></ul>
stories, for all retail locations.<ul><li>Create Pinterest account using exis:ng content and add new as needed.</li><li>1xs monthly in-person visit to help create independent seasonal content and video for all</li></ul>
retail locations.<ul><li>Edit all content independently and adds music, drafts captions, and uploads to content</li></ul>
calendar for approval.<ul><li>Creates shot lists for onsite content shoots and presents shoot ideas to Founder not less</li></ul>
than one week before shoot day.<ul><li>Plans and uploads all scheduled marketing campaigns in shared document, working at least</li></ul>
30 days in advance.
Job Details:<ul><li>You will work independently on your own schedule as your time allows with the exception</li></ul>
of scheduled shoot days which will be coordinated with Founder on a monthly basis. You
should be able to commute in-person to Marin County on these days.<ul><li>You will act as an independent contractor and will receive a 1099 at year's end.</li><li>Day rate is negotiable based on relevant experience.</li><li>Maximum 16 hours per week.</li></ul>
