About the Job:
- Assist Founder in creating content & branding for Substack blog as well as editing and
moderating Substack content, for both free and paid subscribers.
- Help Founder develop paid content for Substack and moderate comments on a weekly
basis.
- Helps Founder with drafting and editing email marketing campaigns on a weekly basis using
Square Marketing and Squarespace marketing platforms for 30K+ customers.
- Create monthly social media calendar & plan content for 2xs weekly posts and 3xs weekly
stories, for all retail locations.
- Create Pinterest account using exis:ng content and add new as needed.
- 1xs monthly in-person visit to help create independent seasonal content and video for all
retail locations.
- Edit all content independently and adds music, drafts captions, and uploads to content
calendar for approval.
- Creates shot lists for onsite content shoots and presents shoot ideas to Founder not less
than one week before shoot day.
- Plans and uploads all scheduled marketing campaigns in shared document, working at least
30 days in advance.
Job Details:
- You will work independently on your own schedule as your time allows with the exception
of scheduled shoot days which will be coordinated with Founder on a monthly basis. You
should be able to commute in-person to Marin County on these days.
- You will act as an independent contractor and will receive a 1099 at year's end.
- Day rate is negotiable based on relevant experience.
- Maximum 16 hours per week.
