 5+ years of experience in user research within a digital product environment.

 Proficiency in research tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Maze, or similar platforms.

 The Culture &amp; Employee Experience Senior Officer supports the execution of Floward&rsquo;s culture, engagement, and Employee experience initiatives by coordinating programs, developing content, and supporting internal and external communications. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, ensuring that Floward&rsquo;s values, culture, and employee experience are consistently reflected across internal touchpoints and Employee branding channels.
