Job Purpose:

As a UX Writer, you will play a key role in shaping how users interact with our digital products through clear, engaging, and user-centered content. Working closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Researchers, and Localization teams, you will craft intuitive product experiences that guide users seamlessly through their journeys. Your words will help simplify complex interactions, build trust, and create a consistent and delightful Floward experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Design & UX Writing:

• Create clear, concise, and user-centered content across Floward's digital products, including buttons, forms, tooltips, notifications, onboarding flows, and transactional experiences.
• Simplify complex user interactions into intuitive and actionable messaging.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and usability across all product touchpoints.

Product Collaboration:

• Partner closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Researchers, and Developers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Contribute to product discovery, ideation, and design reviews by advocating for content-first thinking.
• Align content decisions with business objectives, customer needs, and design intent.

Content Strategy & Governance:

• Maintain and evolve Floward's product tone of voice and content standards.
• Contribute to the development and management of content guidelines, style guides, and design systems.
• Establish best practices for UX writing and content design across the organization.

Localization & Customer Experience

• Collaborate with localization and regional teams to ensure content is culturally relevant and effective across Arabic and English experiences.
• Adapt content for different user segments, markets, and customer journeys while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support the creation of inclusive and accessible digital experiences.

Optimization & Insights

• Leverage user research, usability testing, analytics, and customer feedback to improve content performance.
• Continuously test, refine, and optimize copy to enhance user engagement, comprehension, and conversion.
• Identify content gaps and recommend improvements that drive a better user experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Linguistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, Product Content, or a similar role within digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX writing, content strategy, and content design expertise.
• Exceptional written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and content design methodologies.
• Experience working within cross-functional product teams in agile environments.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive, and actionable content.
• Experience writing for e-commerce, marketplace, or mobile-first digital products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on products serving the Saudi Arabian market or GCC region.
• Familiarity with localization and multilingual content strategies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive content practices.
• Passion for e-commerce, gifting, retail, or customer experience industries.
