Position Title: </b>Cleaner</div><div><b>
Pay Type:</b> Hourly</div><div><b>
FLSA Designation: </b>Non-Exempt</div><div><b>
Reports to: </b>Facilities Manager</div><div><b>
Location: </b>Rochester, NY</div><div><b>
Salary Range:</b> $18 - $20/hour</div><div><b><br>
Summary/Objective:</b></div><div><ul><li>
To maintain the cleanliness and order of the facilities to meet the Company&rsquo;s goals for a safe and hygienic environment.</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
Essential Functions:</b></div><ul><li>
Clean floors in plant including mopping around corners and bumper guards and using floor machine.</li><li>
Clean and mop employee entrance. Maintain and clean Bathrooms throughout the plant. Clean and maintain Cafeteria.</li><li>
Dust mop, use floor machine in Blue room, Panther room and Cafeteria.</li><li>
Vacuum office.</li><li>
Clean windows in front of building.</li><li>
Empty garbage in throughout the plant</li><li>
Sweep throughout the plant as needed.</li><li>
Empty recycling bins in the proper areas for Plastic, Paper, and Cardboard. The ability to lift 40 Lbs is necessary.</li><li>
Perform outside maintenance as necessary, shoveling, salting walks, trimming, weeding, raking.</li><li>
Performs all other tasks/duties as assigned by their supervisor.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Reliability to perform tasks effectively.</li><li>
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, proper use of cleaning products and equipment, and understanding safety procedures.</li><li>
Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team vital for client and colleague interaction and handling diverse work environments.</li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>
Physical Demands:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Regularly required to talk or hear.</li><li>
Regularly required to sit, regular use of hands.</li><li>
Frequently required to stand and walk.</li><li>
Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and use foot/feet to operate machine.</li><li>
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.</li><li>
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.</li><li>
The employee must be able to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines and priorities.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
