As a Senior Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience using industry-standard design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw, and should possess the ability to handle design projects independently and collaboratively with our team.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing campaigns, brochures, posters, and presentations.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to deliver compelling designs that align with brand guidelines.</li><li>Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to project timelines.</li><li>Create and edit animations, videos, and motion graphics using After Effects and Premier (knowledge of these tools is a bonus).</li><li>Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies and suggest innovative ideas to enhance the visual identity of our brand.</li><li>Review and provide feedback on junior designers' work, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Manage and organize design files, assets, and resources to maintain an efficient workflow.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.</li><li>Proficiency in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw.</li><li>Bonus: Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premier to create animations and motion graphics.</li></ul>If you are a talented and experienced Graphics Designer with a passion for creating stunning visuals and want to be a part of a dynamic team that values creativity and innovation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
