Office Timings: Monday (10 AM to 7 PM) to Saturday (10 AM to 4 PM)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team in Park Street, Kolkata. As a Senior Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience using industry-standard design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw, and should possess the ability to handle design projects independently and collaboratively with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing campaigns, brochures, posters, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to deliver compelling designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to project timelines.
• Create and edit animations, videos, and motion graphics using After Effects and Premier (knowledge of these tools is a bonus).
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies and suggest innovative ideas to enhance the visual identity of our brand.
• Review and provide feedback on junior designers' work, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
• Manage and organize design files, assets, and resources to maintain an efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw.
• Bonus: Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premier to create animations and motion graphics.
