Creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor

We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Digital Marketing Desk at SMIFS. The ideal candidate will be a visionary thinker with hands-on expertise in creating high-impact designs, videos, and multimedia content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging, high-quality creatives for advertisements, presentations, brochures, infographics, mailers, banners, and social posts.
• Create PPT/GIF animations and enhance the look and feel of internal and external documents.
• Understand brand guidelines and apply them effectively while bringing fresh, innovative ideas.
• Maintain brand consistency while staying updated with modern design trends and digital formats.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
• Design layouts for social media, websites, presentations, and print media.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns and ensure high-standard deliverables.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for campaigns, social media, and other platforms.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and short video snippets to increase engagement.
• Explore integration of new design tools, including generative AI, into creative workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar role with an impactful portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), CorelDRAW, and other design tools.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in creating content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software for creating reels/short videos.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setup.
• Open to adopting and experimenting with AI-powered design technologies.
