Job Description :-Fly High Media is looking for a smart and result-oriented Digital Marketing &amp; Lead Generation Executive to generate high-quality wedding leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook), and digital strategies. The candidate should be passionate about marketing, lead generation, and increasing brand visibility in the premium wedding market.Key Responsibilities :-<ul><li>Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)</li><li>Run and optimize Meta Ads (Instagram &amp; Facebook Ads) for lead generation</li><li>Generate daily high-quality wedding leads and improve conversion rates</li><li>Research and target the right audience based on location, budget, and wedding season trends</li><li>Create attractive ad copies, creatives, and campaign strategies</li><li>Track and optimize performance metrics like CPL, CTR, ROI, conversions</li><li>Maintain and update lead reports daily/weekly</li><li>Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up and booking conversion</li><li>Improve website/landing page performance for better enquiry generation</li><li>Monitor competitors and implement new marketing ideas to stay ahead</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Strong knowledge in Google Ads &amp; Meta Ads Manager</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO, YouTube promotions, and remarketing</li><li>Good understanding of lead generation strategy and campaign planning</li><li>Ability to analyze reports and improve campaign performance</li><li>Basic creative skills (Canva / ad poster design knowledge is a plus)</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li></ul>Experience :-<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years experience in Digital Marketing / Lead Generation</li><li>Experience in wedding industry or service-based marketing will be an advantage</li></ul>Expected Qualities :-<ul><li>Target-driven and result-oriented</li><li>Creative thinking and marketing mindset</li><li>Good planning and time management</li><li>Passion for branding and premium wedding business growth</li></ul>Salary :-Salary will be based on experience + incentives (lead performance-based).Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, FreelancePay: From ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
