Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive (Wedding Photography)

Job Description :-

Fly High Media is looking for a smart and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to generate high-quality wedding leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook), and digital strategies. The candidate should be passionate about marketing, lead generation, and increasing brand visibility in the premium wedding market.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Run and optimize Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook Ads) for lead generation
• Generate daily high-quality wedding leads and improve conversion rates
• Research and target the right audience based on location, budget, and wedding season trends
• Create attractive ad copies, creatives, and campaign strategies
• Track and optimize performance metrics like CPL, CTR, ROI, conversions
• Maintain and update lead reports daily/weekly
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up and booking conversion
• Improve website/landing page performance for better enquiry generation
• Monitor competitors and implement new marketing ideas to stay ahead

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
• Basic knowledge of SEO, YouTube promotions, and remarketing
• Good understanding of lead generation strategy and campaign planning
• Ability to analyze reports and improve campaign performance
• Basic creative skills (Canva / ad poster design knowledge is a plus)
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Experience :-

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in Digital Marketing / Lead Generation
• Experience in wedding industry or service-based marketing will be an advantage

Salary :-

Salary will be based on experience + incentives (lead performance-based).
