Job Summary
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) – Fresher, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and helping drive business growth. This role is ideal for energetic, goal-oriented individuals who are passionate about education and sales.
Key Responsibilities
✨ Identify and generate new leads through research, cold calling, emails, and social platforms
✨ Reach out to potential customers (students, institutions, corporates) to understand their learning needs
✨ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
✨ Present the company’s products and services effectively to customers
✨ Support senior sales teams in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
✨ Update CRM with accurate records of interactions and sales activity
✨ Follow up with prospects to close sales or schedule demos and counseling sessions
✨ Assist in developing sales strategies and market research
Required Skills
✅ Excellent communication (verbal & written)
✅ Good persuasion and negotiation skills
✅ Basic understanding of sales concepts
✅ Quick learner, confident, and customer-focused
✅ Ability to build rapport and handle objections
✅ Comfortable working in target-driven environments
Preferred Qualifications
✨ Any Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent)
✨Freshers with a flair for sales, customer service, or communication are welcome
Location - Coimbatore
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
