Asst. Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Support digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, paid ads, and website updates.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Manage and update social media platforms (posts, captions, basic performance tracking).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Help generate leads through marketing initiatives and support conversion activities.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights.
  • Support event marketing, promotions, partnerships, and brand activations when required.
  • Maintain marketing databases, vendor coordination, and basic documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing (freshers with strong internships can also be considered).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, Google Ads, email marketing).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and basic analytics.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
