Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Support digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, paid ads, and website updates.
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Manage and update social media platforms (posts, captions, basic performance tracking).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Help generate leads through marketing initiatives and support conversion activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights.
- Support event marketing, promotions, partnerships, and brand activations when required.
- Maintain marketing databases, vendor coordination, and basic documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing (freshers with strong internships can also be considered).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, Google Ads, email marketing).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and basic analytics.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
