Account Manager - B2B Marketing

About the Role:


We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our B2B clients. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensure smooth project execution, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver impactful marketing outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring high satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead and collaborate with content, design, marketing, and CRO teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and measurable results.
  • Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including client growth and marketing teams, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Take a data-driven approach to campaign performance, demand generation, and reporting.
  • Manage client expectations, translate feedback into actionable strategies, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Provide strategic guidance to creative and content teams based on client goals and industry best practices.
  • Proactively identify challenges, suggest solutions, and ensure smooth workflow using project management tools.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Inbound Marketing, or Product Marketing.
  • Prior experience working with B2B clients, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, design quality, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to set and achieve performance-driven goals.
