Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.</li><li>Support digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, paid ads, and website updates.</li><li>Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand communication.</li><li>Manage and update social media platforms (posts, captions, basic performance tracking).</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.</li><li>Help generate leads through marketing initiatives and support conversion activities.</li><li>Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights.</li><li>Support event marketing, promotions, partnerships, and brand activations when required.</li><li>Maintain marketing databases, vendor coordination, and basic documentation.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in marketing (freshers with strong internships can also be considered).</li><li>Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, Google Ads, email marketing).</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and basic analytics.</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
