Manager - Business Development

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy &amp; Management<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.</li><li>Handle daily operations across all social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.</li><li>Analyze audience trends and optimize posting schedules for better reach and performance.</li></ul>Content Creation &amp; Branding<ul><li>Collaborate with the design and marketing team to create engaging visuals, videos, and copy.</li><li>Write creative and compelling captions, hashtags, and posts that connect with the target audience.</li><li>Ensure consistent brand tone, aesthetics, and messaging across all digital platforms.</li></ul>Performance &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Track, measure, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, followers, leads, etc.).</li><li>Use insights to improve content strategies and campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates.</li></ul>Community Engagement<ul><li>Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong online community by engaging with followers and influencers.</li><li>Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams for cross-promotional opportunities.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and current trends.</li><li>Creative mindset with excellent communication &amp; writing skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred).</li><li>Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
