Job Overview We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you'll be the face of our establishment, providing top-notch guest service and ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit. </li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. </li><li>Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards, including fine dining service when applicable. </li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through suggestive selling techniques like OpenTable reservations or specials. </li><li>Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are followed at all times. </li><li>Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy hours. </li><li>Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly desirable, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. </li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is preferred. </li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and food handling regulations. </li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. </li><li>Ability to multitask effectively with good time management in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Experience with culinary techniques or kitchen operations is a plus but not required. </li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy are essential.
