Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you'll be the face of our establishment, providing top-notch guest service and ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards, including fine dining service when applicable.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through suggestive selling techniques like OpenTable reservations or specials.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are followed at all times.
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy hours.
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly desirable, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and food handling regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Ability to multitask effectively with good time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with culinary techniques or kitchen operations is a plus but not required.
