Must possess a valid UAE Light Vehicle driving license. Experience 5 7 years relevant work experience in Facilities Management / Cleaning industry holding a supervisory position in the Middle East. Excellent communication skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage. Customer Service Orientation. Excellent Presentation Skills Good Negotiation Skills Good Interpersonal and People Management Skills Technology proficient (Word Excel PowerPoint presentations and other applications) Responsibilities Responsible to work with the Principal Investigators to ensure progress toward objectives tasksand timelines based upon goals and objectives of the project. Manage the work of full time cleaning operatives whilst maintain and enhance aesthetics and minimize disruption. Review of scope of works estimates budgets & schedules ensuring that they accurately reflect the jobs cost & schedule. Identify and anticipates client / customer requirements expectations and needs and respond accordingly. Coordinate with internal & external resources including department vendors Subcontractors if any client etc. as required to meet the assigned jobs operational needs. Coordinate with other members of the Divisional Management Team. Ensure that the team of cleaning operatives perform to the standard as per the SLA. Train and assign work to new and continuing employees. Ensure that the buildings Health and Safety Policies and Procedures is adhered to at all times. Provide direction support and technical assistance to community. Liaise with the ACM and CM on a regular basis dealing effectively with any problems or complaints that may arise. Preparation of reports maintain records and carry out standard cleaning procedures for the managed buildings and grounds in accordance with the ISO standards and Municipal policies. Monitor progress toward project objectives including facilitating strategic planning curriculum development and oversight of regional performance indicators. Independently conduct performance evaluations including communication with subordinates. Determine what discipline should be imposed for subordinates with authority to apply such and / or submits / recommends same to higher level management.
