 Oracle Fusion EPM Team Lead Summary
 
 
 
 Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Team Lead with strong exposure to KSA government and public sector projects, in addition to private-sector implementations. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in planning, budgeting, requirements gathering, and application configuration, with a solid technical background across EPM components.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion EPM (Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting).
 
 
 Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements with finance and planning stakeholders.
 
 
 Configure EPM models, business rules, workflows, dashboards, and data integrations.
 
 
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
 
 
 Provide guidance, documentation, UAT support, and training for business users.
 
 
 Ensure alignment with KSA government standards and internal governance policies.
 
 
 Technical Expertise &ndash; Oracle Planning &amp; Budgeting (EPM)
 
 
 Strong hands-on experience in configuring Planning &amp; Budgeting Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS), including creation and management of metadata, forms, calculation scripts, Groovy rules, data maps, smart lists, and approval workflows. Proficiency in data integration through Data Management or Data Integration pipelines, mapping logic, EPM Automate, and performance optimization techniques. Ability to design scalable models, driver-based planning structures, and complex allocation methodologies that support annual budget cycles, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
 
 
 Financial Consolidation (HFM) &ndash; Added Value
 
 
 Experience with HFM (Oracle Hyperion Financial Management) or other financial consolidation tools is a strong plus. Familiarity with intercompany eliminations, consolidation hierarchies, close cycles, and group reporting enhances the candidate&rsquo;s ability to support organizations with multi-entity or complex financial structures.
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 7&ndash;12 years of experience in Oracle EPM, including leadership roles.
 
 
 Strong technical and functional knowledge of Planning &amp; Budgeting.
 
 
 Hands-on experience in KSA government sector (mandatory).
 
 
 Deep understanding of data models, integrations, and calculation rules.
 
 
 HFM / consolidation experience (preferred).
 
 
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills"

 Act as the primary interface between the client and IT systems/applications, ensuring seamless support and service delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and technical expertise to diagnose issues, provide resolutions, and maintain high service quality standards.

 Provide clear and effective communication to users throughout the incident lifecycle

 Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and knowledge articles
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction

 Strong experience in Incident Management and ITSM tools

 Yrs of Experience: 2-4 years
 </li>

 Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (verbal and written)
 </li>

 Strong email etiquette and written communication

 <li>
 Ready to support users via inbound calls and other support channels like chat, email, web, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, especially while handling irate customers and back-to-back calls

 Experience with Service Desk Governance and Management

 Knowledge of SLA/OLA management and backlog handling

 Exposure to Shift Management in absence of a lead
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Escalation Management
 </li>
