 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the procurement process within the organization. This includes developing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing of goods and services to support the organization&rsquo;s operations and objectives.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement the organization&rsquo;s procurement strategy to align with overall business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and manage all procurement activities including planning, budgeting, sourcing, and contract management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate high-value contracts and manage supplier relationships to achieve optimal terms and conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with local content requirements and provide accurate reporting to relevant authorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective procurement solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company in meetings, forums, and professional events with vendors and partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and lead a high-performing procurement team and promote continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiency.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 10&ndash;12 years of progressive experience in procurement with increasing managerial responsibilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
 </li>
