Talent Attraction Analyst / Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Attraction Analyst / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the Saudi market. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Saudi National
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience within the Saudi market.
• Proven experience hiring for IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, and other technical roles.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, talent mapping, and market research.
• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies while meeting recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
