Talent Acquisition Specialist - Tamheer

Role Purpose:

Supports the recruitment process by assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.


Job Accountabilities & Activities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for assigned roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide basic progress updates.
  • Support candidate experience and pre-boarding activities to ensure smooth onboarding.


Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field


Requirements:

  • Registered in Tamheer program via Taqat platform
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
