 Role Purpose:
 
 To drive sales operations in the On-Premise (HORECA) channel, achieving sales targets and enhancing brand presence, thereby contributing to the growth and profitability of CCBCSA.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Accountabilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Execute sales plans tailored for the On-Premise (HORECA) channel to meet and exceed sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the HORECA sector, including hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular work-withs (WWs) with Pre-Sellers to train and develop the team and to ensure sales execution standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular sales performance reviews and prepare detailed reports on sales metrics and market insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the CDE team to ensure timely maintenance of CDEs to ensure uninterrupted service to On-Premise customers.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualification &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector with a focus on F&amp;B/HORECA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a competitive market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
 </li>

Sales Supervisor On Premise

 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 Support daily talent management section operations, including record-keeping, reporting, and training analysis, to contribute to the organization&rsquo;s growth.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate training records by coordinating with external stakeholders and HR teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update and modernize the Talent Database (TDB) for real-time progress tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize training documents (attendance sheets, certificates, invoices, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare weekly progress reports and consolidate trackers for analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture and edit photos/videos of training sessions and participant testimonials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create weekly content ideas for internal communication channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Standardize and reorganize Talent Management data for consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Management Systems, or related field.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills &amp; Competencies:

 <li>
 
 Advanced English
 
 (written and spoken).
 </li>

 Strong communication and teamwork skills.
 </li>

 Proficiency in
