 Provide daily operational support to the recruitment team.

Recruitment Officer - Tamheer

 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 Support procurement operations by assisting with demand analysis, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination to ensure material availability.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in analyzing consumption trends and comparing forecasts vs. actuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support validation and documentation of supplier lead times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help track inventory coverage, aging, and classifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to safety stock and reorder point calculations under supervision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in identifying potential supply risks and drafting mitigation ideas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports and support Excel/Power BI dashboards for decision-making.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills &amp; Competencies:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Good command of English (written and spoken).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and teamwork abilities.

 Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
