Business Application Analyst

Role Purpose

Manage in-house applications, support ongoing systems, and implement new programs aligned with business requirements.

Job Accountabilities

• Support and maintain in-house developed systems
• Develop new applications and enhancements
• Maintain and optimize existing programs
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned applications
• Analyze business requirements and design appropriate solutions
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software programming and application development
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Programming skills in Java / Python / C# / VB.NET / Flutter or similar
• Experience with Power BI and reporting tools.
• Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
