<ul><li>FOCAL POINT CONTRACTING, INC., is HIRING</li><li>FOCAL POINT, a design/build/maintenance landscaping company is seeking landscaping /fine gardening crew for the 2026 season.</li></ul>Job tasks include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Spring clean up - removal of winter debris, re-edging of all planting beds, weeding/pruning as needed, mulching.</li><li>Seasonal maintenance of planting beds includes weeding, pruning, watering. Maintenance is performed on a weekly basis at most properties.</li><li>New plant material installations begins as soon as Spring clean ups are complete and is job dependent, typically preparation of site, installation of annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees.</li><li>Fall clean up - all annuals are removed at the end of the season, perennials are cut back and leaf clean up in planting beds takes place.</li></ul>Ideal candidate will possess the following:<ul><li>Great work ethic, sense of responsibility, dependability, punctuality, excellent attention to detail and a high level of enthusiasm and self motivation.</li><li>Clean and valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Clean and professional appearance. Company clothing issued to all employees.</li><li>Ability to work as a team member, under direction of Landscape Foreperson.</li><li>Ability and interest to work, and to be proud of those accomplishments.</li><li>Willingness and interest in learning. We are open to training people who have the motivation to learn a new trade.</li></ul>*<ul><li>We prohibit smoking on customer&rsquo;s properties, company site and in company vehicles.</li></ul>*<ul><li>Compensation based on experience, knowledge and motivation.
