Landscape and Fine Gardening Crew

• FOCAL POINT CONTRACTING, INC., is HIRING
• FOCAL POINT, a design/build/maintenance landscaping company is seeking landscaping /fine gardening crew for the 2026 season.

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Spring clean up - removal of winter debris, re-edging of all planting beds, weeding/pruning as needed, mulching.
• Seasonal maintenance of planting beds includes weeding, pruning, watering. Maintenance is performed on a weekly basis at most properties.
• New plant material installations begins as soon as Spring clean ups are complete and is job dependent, typically preparation of site, installation of annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees.
• Fall clean up - all annuals are removed at the end of the season, perennials are cut back and leaf clean up in planting beds takes place.

Ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Great work ethic, sense of responsibility, dependability, punctuality, excellent attention to detail and a high level of enthusiasm and self motivation.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Clean and professional appearance. Company clothing issued to all employees.
• Ability to work as a team member, under direction of Landscape Foreperson.
• Ability and interest to work, and to be proud of those accomplishments.
• Willingness and interest in learning. We are open to training people who have the motivation to learn a new trade.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
