The Digital Marketer will play a vital role in enhancing our online visibility, increasing conversions, and supporting our growth initiatives through data-driven decision-making and creative marketing solutions.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing to increase brand awareness and lead generation.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to optimize website content, improve search engine rankings, and enhance organic traffic.</li><li>Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to maximize ROI and campaign performance.</li><li>Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and other performance marketing platforms to monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.</li><li>Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements that resonate with target audiences while maintaining brand consistency.</li><li>Design visually engaging graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools to support marketing materials and campaigns.</li><li>Manage website content using WordPress or other content management systems (CMS), ensuring timely updates and optimal user experience.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop landing pages and optimize conversion pathways through A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques.</li><li>Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve customer engagement across multiple channels.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive within the industry.</li><li>Coordinate social media management efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to build community engagement and brand loyalty.</li><li>Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings, enhancing user experience on online stores, and analyzing sales data for strategic insights.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong emphasis on SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and site audits.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (AdWords) and Facebook Advertising with measurable success in performance marketing.</li><li>Proficiency in website management through WordPress or similar CMS platforms along with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for troubleshooting and customization purposes.</li><li>Skilled in content creation including copywriting for various digital formats coupled with graphic design capabilities using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and generate reports for strategic planning.</li><li>Experience implementing email marketing campaigns using automation tools to nurture leads effectively.</li><li>Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies is advantageous for targeting professional audiences effectively.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEM techniques combined with skills in keyword research, content management systems (CMS), performance optimization methods, and conversion rate improvements.</li><li>Ability to analyze data trends from multiple sources to inform decision-making processes that enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
