Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer to elevate our brand presence across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, content creation, and performance analytics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative campaigns, optimize digital channels, and drive engagement that aligns with our business objectives. The Digital Marketer will play a vital role in enhancing our online visibility, increasing conversions, and supporting our growth initiatives through data-driven decision-making and creative marketing solutions.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to optimize website content, improve search engine rankings, and enhance organic traffic.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and other performance marketing platforms to monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements that resonate with target audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Design visually engaging graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools to support marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Manage website content using WordPress or other content management systems (CMS), ensuring timely updates and optimal user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop landing pages and optimize conversion pathways through A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve customer engagement across multiple channels.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive within the industry.
  • Coordinate social media management efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to build community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings, enhancing user experience on online stores, and analyzing sales data for strategic insights.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong emphasis on SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and site audits.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (AdWords) and Facebook Advertising with measurable success in performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in website management through WordPress or similar CMS platforms along with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for troubleshooting and customization purposes.
  • Skilled in content creation including copywriting for various digital formats coupled with graphic design capabilities using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and generate reports for strategic planning.
  • Experience implementing email marketing campaigns using automation tools to nurture leads effectively.
  • Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies is advantageous for targeting professional audiences effectively.
  • Strong understanding of SEM techniques combined with skills in keyword research, content management systems (CMS), performance optimization methods, and conversion rate improvements.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
