Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.</li><li>
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>
Physical capability to perform repetitive motions, stand for long periods, and lift or carry heavy items safely.</li><li>
Strong guest service skills with a professional and well-groomed appearance.</li><li>
Reliable attendance and punctuality to meet the demands of scheduled shifts.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Certification in responsible alcohol service or bartending training.</li><li>
Knowledge of a wide range of cocktail recipes and beverage trends.</li><li>
Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.</li><li>
Ability to multitask effectively during peak hours without compromising service quality.</li><li>
Previous experience working in a high-volume bar or hospitality setting.</li></ul>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, restocking supplies, and disposing of waste properly.</li><li>
Handle cash and process payments accurately while following company policies and procedures.</li><li>
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events.</li></ul>
