The right person should be detail-oriented, reliable, organized, and comfortable helping bring structure to multiple moving parts.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards</li><li>Categorize transactions accurately</li><li>Track bills, due dates, and payment status</li><li>Help separate business and personal expenses cleanly</li><li>Organize records and reports for accountant review</li><li>Help maintain a clear monthly picture of cash flow</li><li>Support bookkeeping related to rental property income and expenses</li><li>Flag missing items, inconsistencies, or overdue obligations</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>QuickBooks experience required</li><li>Small business bookkeeping experience preferred</li><li>Experience with rental property bookkeeping is a plus</li><li>Comfortable working independently and keeping things organized week to week</li><li>Strong communication and follow-through</li></ul>Schedule: Ideally starting at about 5&ndash;10 hours per week, with flexibility depending on workload and fit.What I Need Most: Someone who can help keep the books organized, make sure bills and records are current, and help create clear financial order so nothing slips through the cracks.Please include a short note on relevant experience, bookkeeping software used, hourly rate, and availability.Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Schenectady, NY 12303
