Job Overview: Join our team as a Bartender and Server at our vibrant Santa Rosa Taproom and Healdsburg Beer Garden. Greet and educate guests about our brewery, unique beers, and creative menu. Fogbelt Brewing Co. is a craft brewery with taprooms in Santa Rosa and Healdsburg as well as a production facility.Responsibilities: - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing POS systems and cash registers - Adhere to all safety and health regulations while handling food and beverages - All aspects of FOH service, including: Greeting/seating guests, serving drinks, running food, taking orders, and bussing. - Assist in opening and closing duties as neededQualifications: - Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant, brewery, or similar setting - Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Knowledge of brewing and craft beer is a big plus - Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers- Toast a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team - Willingness to assist in other areas of the establishment when neededIf you are passionate about craft beer, enjoy engaging with customers, and thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment, we welcome you to apply for the Bartender/Server position.Salary: Competitive hourly rate + tipsPay: $18.21 - $75.00 per hourWork Location: In person

From pouring the perfect pint to running our creative food menu, you&rsquo;ll keep the good times rolling.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Be the Expert: Educate guests on our brewery and make stellar recommendations.</li><li>Master the Floor: Handle everything from seating and ordering to food running and bussing.</li><li>Keep it Sharp: Maintain a clean, organized bar and handle transactions via Toast POS.</li><li>Team Up: Assist with opening/closing duties and support your teammates whenever needed.</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul><li>Solid experience behind the bar in a brewery or high-volume restaurant.</li><li>A genuine passion for craft beer (knowledge of the brewing process is a huge plus!).</li><li>A positive attitude and the ability to stay cool when the taproom gets busy.</li><li>Math and tech-savviness for accurate cash handling and POS use.</li></ul>Perks: Competitive hourly pay + great tips.Pay: From $16.90 per hourWork Location: In person
