Server/Bartender

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Bartender and Server at our vibrant Santa Rosa Taproom and Healdsburg Beer Garden. Greet and educate guests about our brewery, unique beers, and creative menu. Fogbelt Brewing Co. is a craft brewery with taprooms in Santa Rosa and Healdsburg as well as a production facility.

Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing POS systems and cash registers
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while handling food and beverages
- All aspects of FOH service, including: Greeting/seating guests, serving drinks, running food, taking orders, and bussing.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant, brewery, or similar setting
- Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of brewing and craft beer is a big plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers- Toast a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the establishment when needed

Salary: Competitive hourly rate + tips

Pay: $18.21 - $75.00 per hour
