Service Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest relations skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system or OpenTable.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Ability to handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent multitasking skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
