This paid position offers the opportunity to work directly with real patients, performing vital specimen collection and supporting clinical trial procedures. If you&rsquo;re passionate about making a meaningful impact on healthcare and enjoy engaging with patients in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with patient screening, consent, and preparation for clinical procedures</li><li>Perform blood sampling through venipuncture using aseptic techniques to ensure sample integrity</li><li>Collect and process biological specimens accurately following laboratory protocols</li><li>Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration to monitor patient health status</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of specimen collection, processing steps, and patient interactions</li><li>Support laboratory procedures by preparing samples for analysis and ensuring proper storage</li><li>Uphold patient care standards by providing compassionate service and addressing participant needs throughout the study</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in laboratory procedures and techniques related to specimen collection and processing</li><li>Hands-on experience with phlebotomy, venipuncture, and blood sampling methods</li><li>Knowledge of clinical laboratory practices and hospital-based patient care environments</li><li>Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and vital signs measurement</li><li>Experience with aseptic techniques to prevent contamination during sample collection</li><li>Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically</li><li>Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and hospital procedures related to specimen handling</li></ul>Join us in contributing to groundbreaking research that directly benefits patients while developing your skills in a collaborative healthcare environment.
