Job DescriptionA Marketing Manager is needed to join a Saudi Company engaged in Food Services in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah), The job will involve you handling the company Marketing &amp; Customer Relationship activities. You must have strong core skills in your field of specialty. A dynamic and strong personality with effective communication and negotiation skills and excellent leadership and analytical abilities is essential.<ul><li>Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.</li><li>Identifying new customers.</li><li>Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.</li><li>Creating promotions with advertising managers.</li><li>Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.</li><li>Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings.</li><li>Developing and managing advertising campaigns.</li><li>Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.</li><li>Building brand awareness and positioning.</li><li>Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.</li><li>Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.</li><li>Communicating the marketing plan.</li><li>Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.</li><li>Researching the demand for the organization's products and services.</li><li>Evaluating competitors.</li><li>Handling social media, public relations efforts, and content marketing.</li><li>Build relationships with key employees among customers</li><li>Create plans to address clients&rsquo; business needs</li><li>Advise clients on creating profitable processes</li><li>Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied</li><li>Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate</li><li>Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products</li><li>Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms</li><li>Study competition to find new ways to retain customers</li><li>Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers&rsquo; needs.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Marketing &amp; Customer Relationship Manager</li><li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets</li><li>Background in Marketing &amp; customer service; industry knowledge is a plus</li><li>Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)</li><li>A customer-oriented attitude</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Problem-solving aptitude</li><li>Ability to work well with a team</li><li>BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month
