Job Description

A Marketing Manager is needed to join a Saudi Company engaged in Food Services in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah), The job will involve you handling the company Marketing & Customer Relationship activities. You must have strong core skills in your field of specialty. A dynamic and strong personality with effective communication and negotiation skills and excellent leadership and analytical abilities is essential.

  • Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying new customers.
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Creating promotions with advertising managers.
  • Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
  • Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings.
  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
  • Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
  • Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
  • Communicating the marketing plan.
  • Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
  • Researching the demand for the organization's products and services.
  • Evaluating competitors.
  • Handling social media, public relations efforts, and content marketing.
  • Build relationships with key employees among customers
  • Create plans to address clients’ business needs
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
  • Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing & Customer Relationship Manager
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Background in Marketing & customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
  • Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
  • A customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month
