Marketing Representative

Wild&Org is looking to hire a Marketing Representative for their upcoming cafe in Jeddah.

We can’t do it alone. We need great people who will bring their ideas, talent, and most importantly their passion to Wild&Org. Currently, Wild&Org is looking to hire a creative and experienced Marketing Representative to help us with our mission.

Who you are:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing and be fluent in both English and Arabic. They will be responsible for enhancing our guest experience and raising awareness about Wild&Org, ultimately expanding our reach within the community.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and drive foot traffic to the cafe.
• Manage all marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, offline advertising, ensuring a consistent brand message and tone.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Café Manager, and management to create and execute promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships that align with the cafe's vision and values.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, adjusting as needed to optimize results.
• Create visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials, while staying true to the Wild&Org brand.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to enhance our brand's reach and reputation.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and tracking return on investment.
• Conduct market research and stay current with industry trends, competitors, and local events to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Oversee and manage all printing materials.

What we need from you:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Passionate about health and fitness
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced, growing business environment.
• Eager to continually learn, grow your knowledge and expand your skill set.
