3PL Management

Monitor 3PL compliance to ensure alignment with company standards and regulations.

Establish and maintain a structured feedback loop with 3PL partners to regularly evaluate their satisfaction and operational challenges.

Respond to and resolve 3PL issues within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.

Own 3PL communication channels to collect data that supports the logistics team in their workstreams.

Operationally support 3PL companies in overcoming challenges and obstacles efficiently.

Facilitate the onboarding process, and ensure all onboarding requirements are met.
-
Support full-time riders and resolve challenges by managing CRC escalations effectively.

Align with other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of services to our 3PL partners.

Ensure sufficient availability of supply in cities and proactively acquire new 3PLs.
Fleet and Rider Performance

Track and analyze the performance of active riders through detailed reporting dashboards.

Ensure all riders comply with HS standards and guidelines.

Provide actionable insights to senior management for decision-making based on fleet and 3PL data analysis.
Governance and Resilience

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of 3PL operations into HungerStation's logistics network.

Create and maintain detailed documentation for 3PL onboarding processes, operational guidelines, and performance standards.

Conduct regular market research to benchmark against industry standards and implement best practices in 3PL management.

Maintain accurate records of rider and 3PL company activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and Experience

0 – 3 years of relevant experience.

Basic knowledge of logistics.

Excellent communication skills.
Education and Certifications

Diploma.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
