Supply Chain Associate

Role Summary

The Operations Officer will be the central point of control for the company’s entire supply chain and logistics workflow, from procurement through to final delivery to our hotel clients. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all shipments are managed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

A. Supply Chain & Vendor Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for all suppliers and vendors, managing relationships and negotiating terms to optimize quality and cost.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards for goods designated for hotel clients.
• Coordinate purchase orders and ensure inventory levels align with sales forecasts and client demands.

B. Logistics & Shipment Management

• Oversee and manage all aspects of transportation, including selection and communication with transporters (freight forwarders, couriers, etc.).
• Develop and implement efficient logistics plans to minimize lead times and reduce shipping costs while maintaining high service levels.
• Documentation Compliance: Rigorously review and ensure that each shipment has all required regulatory documents, permits, customs declarations, and commercial invoices accurately prepared and authorized prior to shipping.

C. Warehouse & Delivery Coordination

• Liaise closely with the internal warehouse team to monitor inbound inventory, storage, and outbound preparation for hotel orders.
• Schedule and track final-mile deliveries to hotel clients, ensuring time-slot compliance and professional handover.
• Handle and resolve any delivery discrepancies, delays, or issues that arise during the transport and delivery phase.

D. Communication & Reporting

• Provide regular, clear communication updates to the Sales Team regarding delivery status and potential disruptions that may affect client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, costs, and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼4,500.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
