COORDINATOR – TRANSPORTATION

JOB PURPOSE:

Coordinate transportation schedules, routes, and driver assignments ensuring safe and timely service.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Plan and communicate daily schedules and routes.
  • Coordinate vehicle allocation with drivers.
  • Monitor driver attendance and punctuality.
  • Assist in maintaining records of trips and fuel usage.
  • Support emergency transport arrangements.
  • Liaise with village residents for special requests.
  • Report incidents and performance issues to supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Diploma in logistics or administration.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in transport coordination.
  • Good organizational and scheduling skills.
  • Basic vehicle knowledge an advantage.
  • Communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer (Excel, Word).
