Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for the sales team regarding orders, deliveries, and logistics-related inquiries.

Proactively update the sales team on order status, delivery schedules, and any potential delays.

Handle sales team complaints related to delivery issues, damages, shortages, or delays, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Maintain professional and courteous communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely order preparation and dispatch.

Monitor daily deliveries and follow up on pending, delayed, or failed deliveries.

Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, complaints, and resolutions.

Prepare daily and weekly logistics and customer service reports.

Support invoicing verification by confirming delivery completion and identifying discrepancies.

Identify recurring delivery or customer issues and recommend process improvements.

Support cross-functional coordination between sales, finance, warehouse, and transportation teams.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination, logistics customer service, or supply chain support.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic functions and data entry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in cross-functional team environments.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with ERP systems such as D365, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.

Strong attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
