Job Purpose:
To assist in achieving the department sales, margin, other income and total commercial margin in order to support the company in achieving
the sales and bottom-line targets.
Key Accountabilities

Support the Category Manager in developing and executing category strategies to ensure achievement of sales, margin, and profitability targets

Analyze category sales performance, pricing, and promotional data to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making

Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products, promotional materials, and marketing support

Monitor inventory levels and product availability to ensure optimal stock management and reduced out-of-stock or overstock situations

Assist in planning and implementing promotional campaigns to ensure effective execution and increased category visibility in stores

Maintain accurate product and pricing information in the system to ensure data integrity and alignment with commercial policies

Prepare category performance reports and analyses to ensure management has visibility into key trends and opportunities

Follow up on supplier agreements and rebates to ensure timely collection and compliance with contractual obligations

Collaborate with merchandising and store operations teams to ensure proper implementation of planograms and alignment with category strategy
Qualification

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
Experience
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience within related fie
