Job Details

• Position: Sales Coordinator
• Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Salary: SAR 6,000 per month
• Location: Saudi Arabia
• Eligibility: This role is part of a Saudization initiative

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sales activities and support the sales team to ensure efficient operations.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Maintain and organize client records, sales data, and reports.
• Assist in the creation of sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and track KPIs.
• Provide administrative support, including managing emails, phone calls, and scheduling meetings.
• Follow up on sales orders and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Requirements

• Saudi National (Saudization role).
• Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in sales coordination or similar roles is a plus.

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
